[Dow Jones] Tocom rubber futures settle lower, weighed down by softer crude oil prices, while growing sentiment current rubber supply-demand fundamentals can”t sustain recent gains also encouraging selling, says trader. Adds Tocom may find immediate technical support at Y162/kg, though upside likely to also remain capped at Y166/kg, barring fresh supportive cues. SINGAPORE (Dow Jones)–The May ribbed smoked sheet rubber three, or RSS3, grade contract on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange expired Monday at Y156.5 a kilogram, with a total of 148 lots tendered.
The expiry price is Y2.9 higher than Friday”s settlement price and Y13.3 higher than the April expiry price.
The exchange no longer provides information on delivery takers and delivery makers.

1400 GMT. For rubber, the evening session is 0800-1000 GMT.
